Pavlidis explores an abandoned, former major arterial road in Northern Greece. The project documents the path’s remnants, which are decaying due to neglect and the impact of the new, parallel highway. The familiar landmarks are now covered in dust and being forgotten.
Sunny Days, A True Story documents unsettling spaces and artifacts that belong to a strange, mysterious world. The portraits shows people living off-grid in this area — hermits, runaways, and artists . Their self-contained lives and the landscape’s transformation are contrasted with local development schemes and exclusion policies.
