About the Artist:

Andres Medina was born in Madrid in 1978. He studied Multimedia Design at ESI Design School in Madrid. He started photographing compulsively in 2008. Passionate about blogging and social networking, in 2009 he created Seeking Magazine , a blog where he shares and discusses the work of emerging photographers and projects related to contemporary photography.

About the Book:

"The kind of photography I like involves thinking about each photograph carefully, visualizing how the photo is going to be. Personally, going out at night to photograph is something very exciting. I believe it is really romantic – the search for thoseempty, lonely places. I live in Coslada, one of the suburbs of Madrid. It’s a city with some industrial areas on its edges. Of course much of my night photography is located in those places, so in a big way my habitat has marked my work in a significant way.” - Andrés Medina
